Our AI E-sign Assistant autonomously engages with our document intelligence assistant to cut the effort needed to create templates, use templates and send out e-signature requests.

When sending e-signature requests you will have the option of assigning the recipients you listed to the roles that have been discovered in the document, you simply set the role of the recipient listed and then click update. This will allow you to automatically assign the fields discovered to your recipients without the need to drag and drop a field.
If you are creating a template, our agent will suggest roles you can use based on what is discovered in the document. If you use these roles the fields located in the document will be automatically assigned. All you would need to do is flip through the fields found, and approve, reject, or modify until the document is complete.
