Our AI E-sign Assistant autonomously engages with our document intelligence assistant to cut the effort needed to create templates, use templates, and send out e-signature requests.
The document intelligence assistant is popup that is shown in our document editor when click the atuo find fields button clicked. When you use our ai e-signature assistant the popup with be automatically shown when the document is opened in our editor if fields are found.
It detects fields in a document by analysing the layout of the document. Documents that have layouts consistent with editable fields will more likely see 100% discovery, which means if your documents have lines, dashes, boxes, or tables etc that depict where edits should be made our agent will be able identify them.
The agent will also identify roles or parties that need to edit portions of a document if they are mentioned in the document, and make suggestions about which fields found should be assigned them.

When sending e-signature requests you will have the option of assigning the roles that have been discovered in the document to your recipients, you simply set the role of the recipient listed and then click update. This will allow you to automatically assign the fields discovered to your recipients without the need to drag and drop a field.
If you are creating a template, our agent will suggest roles you can use based on what is discovered in the document. If you use these roles the fields located in the document will be automatically assigned. All you would need to do is flip through the fields found, and approve, reject, or modify until the document is complete.
