How Does This Work
DocEndorse makes it easy to complete remote transactions by enabling you to electronically sign documents, collect supporting documents, and collect payments from anyone, anywhere, at any time.
Documents can be signed electronically by you, or you can send them to one or more recipients for review, approval, or signature.
Creating and Sending E-Signature Requests
There are two ways to create and send an e-signature request with DocEndorse.
Manual workflow: You can create an e-signature request using the forms, buttons, and tools available throughout the DocEndorse platform. This gives you full control over selecting documents, adding recipients, placing fields, assigning roles, and sending the request.
AI-powered workflow: You can also ask the DocEndorse AI agent to prepare and send the request on your behalf. The AI agent can find the relevant documents and contacts, identify and assign fields, prepare messages, and initiate the e-signature workflow based on your instructions and available context.
The AI agent is available through:
- Microsoft Teams
- Slack
- Telegram
- The DocEndorse internal AI chatbot
This allows you to initiate and manage e-signature workflows from the application or communication platform that is most convenient for you.
Templates
To simplify the process of creating and sending e-signature requests, DocEndorse also supports the creation and use of templates.
Templates are reusable documents that contain predefined fields, roles, and other settings needed to prepare an e-signature request. They eliminate much of the repetitive work involved in preparing documents for signing and can be reused as often as needed with little or no additional preparation.
You can create and manage your own templates within DocEndorse. You can also download and import templates created by your team, provided by DocEndorse, or created by third-party specialists.
Using templates together with the AI agent can further simplify the process, allowing you to quickly prepare and send repeatable e-signature workflows without having to configure the same document from scratch each time.
