AI Powered Field Detection
You can use our intelligent document assistant to detect and assign fields to recipients, or to roles automatically by using the AI button inside the editor. Our AI - assistant will search for all fields and attempt to detect the type of field (whether signature, date, name, email etc) based on the information content in the document. It will also detect the main parties in the document (e.g. landlord, tenant, lawyer).
If you are using the our editor just before sending out a request you will have the option of assigning the recipients you listed to the roles that have been discovered in the document, you simply set the role of the recipient listed and then click update. This will allow you to automatically assign the fields discovered to your recipients without the need to drag and drop a field.
If you are creating a template and you create roles based on the labels in the document, the fields located will be automatically assigned to the roles you have identified.
Our intelligent document assistant is 99% accurate when it comes to detecting fields. Detecting the type of field, and who it should be assigned to, is dependent on the information content and the layout of the document. The accuracy of this areas varies between 70% to 99%. In any case the user is required to approve the field location and data before it is applied to the document.
