Managing Your Subscription
To manage your subscription, you must login to your DocEndorse account then select the "Settings" dropdown, then click "general", and then select the Admin tab from the page that opens. You must then scroll down to the "Subscription Settings" panel to configure your subscription. Users with administrator privileges can manage the subscription on behalf of the account holder. Those with administrator privileges are able to cancel a subscription, change a subscription (including the plan type and the number of seats), and update the payment method on file.
