No. The recipient pays nothing. They receive an email indicating that they have been asked to sign or review one or more documents, and all that is required is for them to open the document, sign it, and provide any additional documents if required. They also do not need any special training as signing is very simple. Once they have signed, both you and the recipient automatically receive a copy of the final document.
Yes, your subscription will automatically be renewed unless you change or cancel your account. Cancellation of your plan can be done easily through the administrator pannel.

You then send the document/documents out using DocEndorse for other people to sign them using DocEndorse. The people that receive the documents do not need to be a DocEndorse customer to sign.

Template are a documents created on our platform that allows the sender to reuse the same document or documents to obtain signatures from multiple people on multiple occasions. Creating a template saves the prepared fields to the document. When the user is ready to send the document/documents again they simply fill in the saved fields with the recipient information. This eliminates the need to recreate the fields thereby saving alot of time.
