Are the people that receive signature requests required to pay?

No. The recipient pays nothing. They receive an email indicating that they have been asked to sign or review one or more documents, and all that is required is for them to open the document, sign it, and provide any additional documents if required. They also do not need any special training as signing is very simple. Once they have signed, both you and the recipient automatically receive a copy of the final document.

Will my monthly/annual subscription be renewed automatically?

Yes, your subscription will automatically be renewed unless you change or cancel your account. Cancellation of your plan can be done easily through the administrator pannel.

What is an electronic signature?

An electronic signature, or eSignature, is an electronic expression of intent to agree to or approve the contents of a document. E-signatures come in many forms including typed, scanned, an electronic representation of a handwritten signature, a code, or a digital representation physical features - fingerprint,retina.

Are DocEndorse eSignatures legally binding?

Almost all countries in the world have adopted electronic signature laws, and our form of eSignature meets the definition of a valid eSignature for majority of these countries. Furthermore, our electronic signatures comply with stringent US and European Union eSignature laws, employ bank-grade security, and use secure idenitfy authentication. Each signature transaction includes a court-admissible audit trail which serves as a third-party validation of transaction, and include such information as the signer's email address, name, and IP address with time-stamp. What are electronic signatures used for?

Electronic signatures used are to authenticate the contents of various of documents and transactions, both for personal and business use. Some examples include contracts and agreements, loans and leases.

How do I make a signature request?

You make signature request by uploading a document, prepare the sections of the document that should to be filled by yourself and or other people, sign it (if needed). You then send the document/documents out using DocEndorse for other people to sign them using DocEndorse. The people that receive the documents do not need to be a DocEndorse customer to sign. All they need to do is provide a signature in a form they please.

What is a template?

Template are a documents created on our platform that allows the sender to reuse the same document or documents to obtain signatures from multiple people on multiple occasions. Creating a template saves the prepared fields to the document. When the user is ready to send the document/documents again they simply fill in the saved fields with the recipient information. This eliminates the need to recreate the fields thereby saving alot of time.

What do I get in the Free Trial?

In the free trial you will get 7 days free for any of the paid plans you choose. After 7 days, should you choose to stay with us you are not required to do anything else. If instead you decide to cancel our arrangement with us, you will not be charged.
