Tracking E-sign Requests
You can track the status of the e-signature requests that you have dispatched. Simply login to your DocEndorse account and expand the "E-sign Details" dropdown on the left side of your screen, and click on "Requests". A table will be presented that shows the status of requests as either completed, overdue, sent, cancelled, or created.
You can also use the options menu each request listed to get further details on the e-sign request. Upon clicking the menu option for the respective e-sign request, you will see a popup, from this popup you click "Get information". With "Get information" you are able to retrieve in-depth information on what has been done to the document(s) thus far. You can check if the document has been opened, signed, dated, and many others. You can also see the IP Address of the recipient and his/her country, along with voluntarily provided bio data.
If necessary you can also:
* Resend the request.
* Change the method of dispatch Ex. from email to SMS, or WhatsApp.
* Change the recipient's details.
* Download the latest version of the document.
* Email or send a text message a recipient.
* Make minor modifications to the underlying document.
* Download a CSV file of all the data (except signatures and initials) that have been entered into the document(s) from our platform.
