DocEndorse Ai Agent For Teams
The DocEndorse ai agent for teams transforms e-signature workflows from one that relies on cluncky forms, multi-screen popups, and a manual drag and drop interface to one that seemlessly flows through a conversation with a trusted partner. Through this tool document signing and management becomes significantly more efficient, thereby boosting sales and operational efficiency. Instead of users having to navigate complex multi-screen interfaces, the agent understands your objectives, and prompts you only for the necessary information to get the job done quickly. The agent integrates with your documents, contacts, and templates to retrieve these items and embed them in your workflows when needed.
While typical e-signature Apps rely on a drag and drop interface to facilitate document modifications, our ai assistant will analyse your documents to locate and present areas that are supposed to be edited. If the document contains enough information, the agent will even identify the people/roles mentioned within the document, and assign roles to identified editable areas.

Using Our Teams E-sign Assistant
The Microsoft Teams agents are powered by our agentic e-signature engine, and as such the capabilities are the same except in a few instances. Like our agentic e-sign assistant, all prompting is done through the chat window, with actual document modification instructions given in our document editor panel, which the agent will present at the right time. See Using The E-sign Assistant for more information about how it works.
Unlike our other e-sign agents, voice commands are not supported in Teams. On the other hand, there are quite a few important features that our App in Teams provides which are not available on other platforms. Documents in your OneDrive or Sharepoint accounts are integrated, and can be accessed with natural language commands. Additionally, your contacts located in people, Outlook, meetings, and chats can be surfaced for use in all e-sign workflows using natural language commands. All document and contacts are also searchable from our compose extensions that are located in the command box. Documents and contacts selected here are immediately sent to our agent and can be used to initiate or add more information to support e-sign workflows.
