Moving Agreements and Contracts to DocEndorse

If you are moving your agreements and contracts from another e-signature provider to DocEndorse, you can download your existing documents from your current provider and upload them to DocEndorse.

1. Download your documents

Download the agreements and contracts you want to move from your existing e-signature provider to your local device. You can use a desktop computer, phone, or tablet.

If your current provider supports bulk downloads, you can download multiple documents at once. For a large number of files, you may also be able to download them as a .zip file.

2. Upload your documents to DocEndorse

After signing in to DocEndorse, open the Documents page from the navigation menu on the left-hand side of the screen.

Use the Bulk Upload feature to upload your downloaded documents. If your documents are contained in a ZIP file, you can upload the ZIP file using the bulk upload feature.

Tip: Before uploading a large number of documents, check that your files are organised and clearly named. This will make it easier to locate and manage them in DocEndorse.

Templates

At this time, DocEndorse does not support the direct transfer of templates from other e-signature providers.

Templates are typically created using provider-specific settings and configurations, so they cannot always be transferred directly between platforms.

However, you can recreate your templates in DocEndorse with minimal effort. The AI Find Fields feature can identify the fields within your existing documents, helping you quickly prepare them for use as templates.
