Set Up Branding
Users that are enrolled in a corporate account, and have administrative access are able to apply customised branding to their communications with their signatories and team members. This is done using a combination of settings available on our platform. By going to Settings -> General -> Account -> Branding, the user can upload a logo that best represents his/her brand or the brand of his/her company. If the user desires he/she can also set a tag line or a motto for his/her brand. By going to Settings -> General -> Profile -> User photo the user can upload a professional profile photo. They can also choose to set a customized signature that is attached at the end of emails in this section.
The combination of account settings if altered will change the appearance of emails sent on behalf of your account. It will also change the way the editor appears when opened by people with access to your account and signatories. Your company logo if changed will appear on all email communications as well as on the editor. When a user uploads a logo, the primary color that is embedded in the image will become the color that represents your company on the editor, and the signatory authentication page. If the user uploads a profile picture, his/her profile picture as well as his/her title will be visible in email communications and the editor both when a signatory is using it and when it is being used by the user.
