If the user decides to change the date format of his/her signature requests, the user can go into Settings -> General -> Account and then edit the date and time tab. The user can also change his/her time zone in the same tab. Changing the date format or time zone settings will change how dates appear when a document is dated while being signed, and also the dates used in email correspondences.
