Users can set a signature in one of three ways, which include; i) drawing a signature by hand or a stylus pen on a mobile device or a laptop; ii) uploading an image of his/her signature, or iii) typing out his/her signature using our text editing tool. When uploading a signature, it is important that the user choose an image that has a transparent background, and an image file that is either a .jpeg, .jpg, .png, or a .svg file. Our text editing tool allows the user to type in his/her signature and select a preferred font to style the look of his/her signature.

At this point, we only accept text-based initials. After uploading a signature, the user must take the additional step of selecting the best-fit signature, without setting a signature the user will not be able to access the signature request section of the platform.
