Handling PDF Copies
If the user desires he/she is able to send PDF copies of the document(s) that will be used in the signature process to him/herself or third parties. The user can go into Settings -> General -> Profile and toggle the following options:
- Send PDF copies to me after an endorse request is completed. This allows the user to receive an email with an attachment containing a completed copy of the document(s) that were edited during the signing process.
- Send PDF copies to third parties or anyone Cc'd after an endorse request has been completed. As the title suggests, a PDF copy of the documents that were signed or edited will be attached to an email and sent to third parties (everyone except the author) involved in the signing process.
- Send PDF copies to me after I send a document to someone. In this scenario, a PDF document is attached to an email which will be sent to the original sender after he/she has signed a document and sends it out.
- Send PDF copies to signatories when you send an endorse request to them. This allows the user to put into a signature request email, not only a link to the document(s) that must be signed but also an attachment containing the original copy of the document that must be signed.
