Users are able to get a graphical and tabular description of the current state of all his/her requests by checking out the reports page. You can compile reports over selected periods ranging from 30 days to 2 years. The data will be presented will cover the number of requests that have been cancelled, those that have expired and have not been completed, have been completed, and those that in the process of being completed. Users will also obtain an age profile of outstanding requests, as well as a trend graph capturing the number of requests sent over the period selected.
