To manage your subscription, you must login to your DocEndorse acount. Select "Settings", then click "General", and select the Admin tab. Scroll down to "Subscription Settings". Users with administrator privileges can manage the subscription on behalf of the account holder. Those with administrator privileges are able to navigate the admin tab on the settings page, where they are then able to cancel a subscription, change a subscription (including the plan type and the number of seats), and update the payment method on file.
